UltimateJoin - A cool join plugin.

UltimateJoin

This is a join plugin that does multiple things when a user joins.

It broadcasts that the player joined (Hoverable), It makes an ENDERDRAGON_GROWL sound, it makes a circle of particles surround you, it shoots you with lightning, gives you regeneration, and makes a firework shoot up from your location.
