Crash UTFDataFormatException: malformed input around byte 7

    Hi, i have a Survival server and now i´m starting to get 10 players online and, aprox every 5 days i´m getting this error or similar and i´m constantly deleting the regions which are giving me this error but, although this solved, after 5 days another crash like but in another region and I'm desperate.
    Please HELP!!!
