Solved VehicleExitEvent not triggered on dismount

VehicleExitEvent doesn't trigger on dismount. Tested with build #1033. It's working fine in CB.

I posted that thread. It WAS a CB bug, but md_5 made a patch for it in Spigot, then Bukkit fixed it and it's broken in Spigot again.
