VillagerRefresher - Respawn, Kill, and Spawn Villagers

Hello this is my first plugin. I made it initially for my own server, but thought I'd make it public in case anyone wants to use it. Nothing fancy, and there are a couple of minor bugs I've found. This plugin lets you create, delete, and respawn villagers. I mainly made this so that I could quickly re-roll a villager's trades. There are permissions so you can choose who can use what commands.
