VPS

    So I have just bought a VPS and I'm fairly new to this stuff, now I know I should at least get some experience inside of what to do with a VPS.

    But, I was wondering, does anyone know how I can run a Minecraft modded server on my 8GB VPS or does anyone maybe know how I can remotely control the VPS like a windows desktop?

    If it's running windows server then sure, otherwise you'll have to ssh in using something like putty

    Okay. Well I got the VPS from OVH, do they provide windows?

    No, you'll have some sort of Linux on there.
