Weird crash each time i try to run server..

Hello,

Each time i restart my lobby server it crash for weird reason that never happened in the past...
First i though it's bungeecord problem but actually it's not.

I really don't know what to do... i even restarted the VPS where my bungee and lobby server is running on and still did not helped... Players can't play because i'm unavailable to let it run correctly...

Sometimes server turned on normally and i connect... but then if someone else connects the lobby server will crash. Anyone experienced something like this?

Cause i'm stucked....

Another log when my player joined the server

Sometimes also the server is turning on very slow.... it took like 5 minutes it loads completely

 

With viaversion only it did not crashed... i will try slowly add more plugins.. but what is strange i was not adding plugins to the lobby server for longer time.

 

No... now restarted again with only VIaVersion plugin and this is happening

Even without any plugin i was not able to connect... and this never happened before, what should i do now?

 

I think it's my server has network issues... sending also bungeecord console logs... server now itself is not crashing, while joining server all you see is Joining the world and then just "Connection lost, disconnected..."

I had bungeepex plugin but i did not used it, so i removed it immidietly but unfortunately it did not fixed the main issue... There are no more logs like that before but i still can't connect
