theT76 submitted a new resource:

WelcomeTitle - Title plugin

This plugin is used to show titles to a player who connects to the server for the first time.
This plugin uses TitleAPI (by ConnorLinfoot)
The plugin is in French, but it should be translated soon.

The main command is: "/settitle [ID] [duration] [title]"
The title id is the order of appearance of the titles. It starts with 0 and it's unlimited.
Title's duration is in seconds.
To add a subtitle, use: "/setsubtitle [ID] [subtitle]"
It will be synchronised to the corresponding title.
