Many networks rely on said gamemodes, survival, kitpvp, skyblock, factions, etc. Don't do Mini-Games unless you have a 100 or more daily player base already.
The more servers a network got, the worse they get.. I am not saying all networks, but the ones that just want to have every existing gamemode. If you could just focus on 1 type of server then it would be a better quality server, in my opinion.
