They won't. They have alot of custom add-ons and themes that costed alot of money. Also give me a good reason why you should update to 2 while 1 is working fine? And still being updated?
Sure, when there is a reason to. Right now it would easily be somewhere between $3000-$5000 of custom work just to get back to where we are in terms of functionality. And what would we gain?
