Spigot WorldBorder 1.9.10 (beta)

a feature-rich world size limiting plugin, which can also generate or trim a world to your border

  1. For some reason the fill command does not work properly. It starts at 99,4% and ends the process withing a few minutes. But the map is not filled at all. What could be wrong? Border is set.

  2. Hey,

I'm trying to load a world (radius 5000)

After restarts it won't continue the fill command.

    Is there a fix?

  3. A couple of things regarding the trim feature. If I set the border to 10K then did the trim command. Then I removed the border and explored further than 10K, would the chunks be generated as new chunks or would they still contain builds that were there before the trim.

Also, I have a 50GB world I want to make 5GB. I am looking to make the WB a lot smaller and use the trim command. Will this actually delete region files from my world folder and make the world file a lot smaller in size? Or will it simply just trim the map and unload chunks to save RAM

  4. Could you add a rtp function ?

  5. Ever find anything out on this? Been awhile since you asked and curious myself if its worth running the pregen or not.
Im reading that as, If the plugin doesnt use papers API it is still more or less generating the chunks even if theyve been pregen? (forgive me if this is wrong, wording threw me off a little. but based on the not 'needing' to pregen, makes me think this is the case)

  6. There is no jenkins page for dev builds, or am I wrong?

  7. Would love to see this working in 1.14

I can /stop and then start the server again and start wb general will again, and it will just start at 99.1 % again ..
despite that it always completes the task after 15 minutes at 100%

    It's a 15,000 x 15,000 square set around it's spawn.

I had 1.8.7 before this which always completed to 100%, /stop and restarted it.. and if i run wb general fill, it would start, say it's at 100% and complete..

Why is 1.9.0 continues at 99.1 and doing it all again?

  12. Hi, I used this in 1.13 to pregenerate my world and it was a blessing! Could you update it to 1.14 please?

  13. It should be updated soonish. IIRC worldborder for 1.13 also updated quickly

  14. Not true, there is a bug preventing it from working. Vote for this to get it fixed: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-148830

  15. Brettflan updated WorldBorder with a new update entry:

1.9.9 (beta) - async chunk generation support for Paper

Read the rest of this update entry...

  16. Does the new version support 1.14? Doesn't look like it would but I figure I might as well ask

  17. no it does not support the latest 1.14 spigot version. The same errors still occur in the console:
