i get this error despite the fact that the block i place/break is staying and any spot i do will have this effect. ive tried adding block-place deny but still nothing ive added passthrough deny still nothing. this goes for my spawn and all buildings.... im on version 1.15.2 it was working before. then randomly it stopped working for unknown reasons. also no i dont have FAWE

That's not what I want. I've just tried deleting and resetting it but still it has the same issue. I don't want players griefing the spawn.

If you have a permission plugin, try adding the permission nodes worldedit.*, and worldguard.* to yourself.
Can you still place blocks while de-opped? It might be worth asking the worldguard developers. Perhaps wait for an update.
