Setting up the WorldEdit API
  • How to set up the WorldEdit API
    To set up the API, first you want to set up the spigot API. Then, go and paste the following in your repositories:
    Code (Text):
    <repository>
      <id>sk89q-snapshots</id>
      <url>http://maven.sk89q.com/artifactory/repo/</url>
      <releases>
        <enabled>true</enabled>
      </releases>
      <snapshots>
        <enabled>true</enabled>
      </snapshots>
    </repository>

    And now, paste the following in your dependencies:
    Code (Text):
    <dependency>
      <groupId>com.sk89q.worldedit</groupId>
      <artifactId>worldedit-bukkit</artifactId>
      <version>6.1.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
    </dependency>
    Wait for a little bit, and a lot of dependencies should appear in your Maven Dependencies. Click worldedit-bukkit-6.1.1-SNAPSHOT.jar and press Command-I. Go to the Javadoc Location part if you aren't there already. Paste the url http://docs.sk89q.com/worldedit/apidocs/ and click Validate. Now, click OK (or press return) and WorldEdit should be set up.

    The namespace for WorldEdit should be com.sk89q.worldedit
