Setting up the WorldEdit API
  • How to set up the WorldEdit API
    To set up the API, first you want to set up the spigot API. Then, go and paste the following in your repositories:
    Code (XML):
    <repository>
      <id>enginehub-maven</id>
      <url>http://maven.enginehub.org/repo/</url>
    </repository>

    Then paste either of the following into your dependencies:
    Code (XML):
    <!-- This depends on the Bukkit API, Use this if you need BukkitAdapter -->
    <dependency>
        <groupId>com.sk89q.worldedit</groupId>
        <artifactId>worldedit-bukkit</artifactId>
        <version>7.2.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
        <scope>provided</scope>
    </dependency>

    <!-- This doesn't depend on any platform -->
    <dependency>
        <groupId>com.sk89q.worldedit</groupId>
        <artifactId>worldedit-core</artifactId>
        <version>7.2.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
        <scope>provided</scope>
    </dependency>
    If you are building for MC versions 1.12.2 and below, you must use
    Code (XML):
    <version>6.1.4-SNAPSHOT</version>
    For more information on dependencies please see the offical WorldEdit Developer API here.

    Wait for a little bit, and a lot of dependencies should appear in your Maven Dependencies and WorldEdit should be set up.

    The namespace for WorldEdit should be com.sk89q.worldedit
